SCHAUMBURG -- Relish Catering Kitchen recently celebrated its sixth anniversary with a party for all staff.
CEO and Executive Chef John Eggert launched his company in 2013 with a business mission to craft, prepare and deliver the freshest menu items possible.
Not only is Relish benefiting from a growing demand for fresh and additive-free meals, but Eggert also feels that he has been able to build a loyal staff in large part through the pride they take in delivering healthy "homestyle" food in a mass serving environment.
"We are continually developing new entrees, often directly as the result of suggestions from our staff," said Eggert. "Our Sous Chef not only keeps our kitchen ticking but he is also a great food photographer, so we are able to present our menu items more like one would see them on a menu in a high-end restaurant".
