Q: What has your company done during the pandemic to maintain your company culture?
A: Compeer Financial has focused on staying agile and flexible throughout this pandemic. For several months, all of our team members have worked remotely. It is not uncommon for our team members to have kids or dogs as co-workers!
Our organization knew that the transition to working from home could be tough, so all team members received a $500 stipend to assist with new expenses. We also sent a care package of goodies to all team members' homes as a thank you.
Today, team members have the flexibility they need to balance work and their personal lives, with the option to come in to the office or continue to work from home as the position allows.
Compeer Financial has taken the opportunity to learn from the global pandemic, and our culture continues to evolve as a great place to work as a result.
Q: What makes your company a great place to work?
A: Compeer Financial combines strong-rooted values and up-to-the-minute culture, making us a unique place to work. But we like being different. As our team engagement and satisfaction ratings and workplace survey standings attest, our team members like it too.
Compeer team members are the foundation to our success. We understand when our team is taken care of, they take care of business. We've created a culture that values authentic connections, flexible work arrangements, growth and development opportunities, and the ability for team members to make a real impact and support the communities we serve.
