The Lombard Village Board approved rezoning and signage ordinances to allow for a retail/residential redevelopment of the former Northern Baptist Theological Seminary campus at 600-690 Butterfield Road. A Schaumburg-based developer wants to build a golf driving range, restaurants, a gas station and an apartment complex on the site.
